POLICIES
Please arrive to appointment on time, with area that's being serviced clean and free from: makeup, oil, lotion, deodorant etc. for wax services we ask that you exfoliate at 24-48 hr prior to service appointment time. you can take a ibuprofen 30min to a hour before time. we are a intimate care facility and must be kept impeccably clean so that there is no transfer of skin conditions from one client to another. We are proud of our obsession with cleanliness! Everyone wins by practicing good hygiene! Do not book a appointment if you are experiencing any COVID19 symptoms or currently having a Herpes Outbreak (contact The Wax Idol Lounge formally known as Estyidolzzz LLC for rescheduling)
PAYMENTS
100 % Payment is required in order to book your appointment. (payment is refundable if appointment is canceled in allowed time, see cancellations and rescheduling)
SCHEDULING/APPOINTMENTS
When you schedule an appointment, the necessary time is scheduled just for you. Please schedule all services that you would like to do at your appointment time. We can not add services at the time of your appointment
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
Life happens! However, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments represent a cost to us, Your payment will be forfeited for appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours. A new payment will be required prior to your next scheduled appointment.
LATE POLICY
We created our services to allow appropriate time for the full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are 7 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your payment. We understand that delays can happen; however, we must work diligently at keeping other clients on schedule. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened in order to accommodate client scheduling. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” service. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
NO SHOW POLICY
No show appointments may result in discharge from being able to book with us In the future. Keep in mind there are no refunds for “no show” appointments
Class Cancellation
While we understand unforeseen things do happen all class deposits will be non refundable or transferable. please contact The Wax Idol Longue formally known as EstyIDolzzz LLC at least 2 weeks prior to cancel your seat at training class!!!
